Under the revision policy, you are entitled to three free revisions* (within 30 days) because it is expected that students may not be entirely satisfied with our work and request a revision. In this regard, the revision policy outlined below will make it easier for you to seek our services. Below are some of the requirements that must be met when requesting a revision.
- A revision request is approved free of charge only if our internal quality team believes it is justified based on the initial instructions shared by the client prior to booking the Order. We anticipate complete cooperation from our valued customer in this regard.
- Once you have received the completed assignment, the revision for it will be allowed for a maximum of 30 days*.
- During your revision period, you must be available for any urgent communications, so make sure you submit your proper contact information.
- If you are unsatisfied with any of our assignments, please notify us immediately and provide feedback (possibly from your professor)
- If the revision request is determined to be "additional" in nature, as checked by prior client instructions, an additional fee will be charged to the client based on an evaluation process.
Conditions apply:
* If you have availed your three free revisions, the rest will be charged.
* This is not applicable for assignment orders relating to technical subjects.
* This is not applicable for assignments of a lengthy nature.
