Users' Guide

Our Agreement to you as a Customer
We work as experts' representatives, offering original work to customers/users. When the order is placed, we agree to deliver the quality work that the customer desires. We agree to provide appropriately skilled experts to carry out your order. In allocating experts for your job, we shall use all reasonable skills and judgement. We will complete the task and deliver the solution in your inbox before the deadline. This is our Completion Policy. Once the expert has been selected and assigned, and payment has been received from the customer, the order is sealed, and no refunds will be issued. We can only handle requests for changes to the work once the order has been assigned to the expert. If we receive additional information after full payment or a deposit has been made that contradicts the details stated in the original Order specification, we may either submit a new quote to you for the changed specification or reallocate the Order to a different expert. A new delivery date will then be set. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if there are unreasonable issues, in which case you will be returned in full. If you are not satisfied with the work, you will have remedies as a consumer. You cannot contact our experts directly as a customer. We will serve as a go-between. The agreement begins once the expert and customer have agreed to take the order and payment has been made. Unless either party terminates the agreement, the conditions of the agreement will apply until the task is finished.
Outstanding Account Balance
If you, as a customer, pay a deposit and agree to pay the remainder at least 24 hours before the order is due, and then fail to pay within the stipulated term, we have the right to suspend or delay the fulfillment of the work order.
Right and detailed information
As a customer, you must share all relevant details, information, and guidance. If you fail to provide us with the necessary information, the delivery of completed work will be delayed; in such situations, the policy of completing work on time will not apply, and we will not be liable for any losses. If the experts require confirmation or more information concerning the work order, we will contact you via the email address or phone number you provided, and we will consider the response/instruction obtained from you.
Guaranteed on-time delivery
We guarantee that every work will be completed by midnight on the due day. If we are unable to complete the job on schedule, the customer will be repaid in full and the work will be provided free of charge. We shall not be held liable for late delivery if it is caused by a technical glitch caused by third parties such as mail account providers, hosting providers, internet service providers, database software, or incompatible format. On request, we shall give proof of timely uploading of the work.
In the case of non-delivery
If the work is not delivered on time, you should inform us right away. If you wait any longer to notify, you will be doing so at your own risk. If you fail to pay an outstanding balance related to the delivery or if you fail to share us with additional information required for the completion of the task, we will not be liable for any type of loss you suffer as a result of non-delivery of finished work. If we are at fault for the failure to meet your expectations, we will pay you and provide you with the reasons for the failure.
No Plagiarism Promise
We offer you with work that is free of plagiarism. If you find plagiarism in our work and return it to us, we will pay you twice the price you paid us in the first place. Plagiarism occurs when someone passes off someone else's work as one's own. Plagiarism occurs when an original idea is rephrased without proper credit. Refunds
The refund will be processed using the same credit or debit card information as the user/customer used for payment previously. If no card was used, we would give the user/customer an option of refund delivery method.
Payment Conditions
If payment is not made while ordering via the form, we will contact the customer via mail to request payment. If we accept part payment from the user/customer, we will require the balance payment to be received before the due date for delivery of the work. Typically, the user/customer is asked to pay for their order in full in advance. We have the right to refuse the assignment if we are unsure that we will be able to secure an expert and undertake the work correctly. - We do not operate on general public holidays such as Christmas and New Year's; any service or support provided on a non-working day is solely at the discretion of our team.

- We are not responsible for any interruptions or delays in accessing the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site during scheduled maintenance/upgrades.

Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revoke the entire or part of the service agreement, your account, and your use of the site at any time. You will be held accountable for any breaches of these Terms and/or obligations accrued prior to the term's expiration.
